Most lower floor apartments have separate rooms: living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Many have hardwood floors. Havenside provides refrigerators and electric stoves. Most lower floor apartments are accessed by about eight shallow steps; an additional eight lead to the laundry area. The two neighboring apartments in each building share a patio or deck that faces out to the water.
